Two milestones, one attribution window
The rs9 partner referral flow has an attribution window and two milestones (signup, first deposit). The referrer earns the milestone reward only after the referee meets both. below documents the flow. rs9 does not invent code strings.
When the referral counts
The partner attribution window is the period during which the partner recognises the referral link as the source of the new account. The window is set by the partner and disclosed in the partner help center. If the referee signs up after the window closes, the attribution is lost and the referrer earns nothing on that account.
What the referrer earns
Reward values are partner-published and live on the partner referral card. rs9 does not republish the partner reward ladder; the reader who wants the live ladder taps through to the partner card.
Two flows, different ledgers
Referral code
A two-party flow: the referrer shares a link, the referee signs up, the referrer earns a milestone reward. The referee may also receive an entry-side reward on the partner side.

Bonus code
A one-party flow: the reader enters a code at signup or deposit and unlocks partner-published bonus credit. No referrer, no second party. The eligibility ladder is on /bonus-code/.

Five questions after the milestones
Where is the attribution window?
Does the referrer need to be a current partner member?
Can two referrers claim the same referee?
What if the referee clears KYC but never deposits?
Does rs9 publish a referral code string?
How the partner attribution window works
A refer code unlocks a partner-published attribution link between the new reader and a previous player. The attribution window is partner-published. Inside the window, the new reader's first deposit and the new reader's first qualifying contest entry trigger the two milestones. Outside the window, the refer code is recorded but the milestones do not unlock.
The attribution window is not the same as the bonus code window. A bonus code unlocks a one-time offer at signup. A refer code unlocks a durable attribution link between two players, with two milestones that fire on specific events. The two strings behave differently on the partner side; the editorial coverage above mirrors that split.
What fires when the new reader crosses each milestone
Milestone one: new reader completes the first deposit. The partner flow credits a partner-published signup bonus to the new reader's wallet. The bonus amount and the qualifying deposit threshold are partner-published. Milestone two: new reader completes a qualifying number of contest entries inside the attribution window. The partner flow credits a partner-published referral reward to the previous player's wallet. The reward amount and the qualifying entry count are partner-published.
Neither milestone is a guaranteed income for either player. Both milestones depend on the new reader's actions and on the partner-side qualification rules. The previous player does not control the new reader's deposit timing or contest entry timing. rs9 does not edit the partner milestone values; the partner-published values are the authoritative values.
Five things a refer code does not unlock
A refer code does not unlock: a guaranteed income for either player, a faster withdrawal, a KYC bypass, a state-eligibility bypass, or a VIP tier upgrade. The refer code unlocks only the two partner-published milestones. Anything outside those two milestones is not part of the refer code attribution.
