Three ordered paths, named ticket matrix
rs9 does not run support. The partner does. below names the three ordered paths and the named recovery for each issue class. Use them in order; do not skip a step unless the issue is a payment hold.
Run the three paths in this order
KYC walk-through
Half of withdrawal stalls on the partner wallet are KYC. PAN + Aadhaar + face match, name-match on PAN, and a fresh selfie.
Open the walk-through →In-app ticket
Help → New ticket inside the partner app. Include the registered mobile and the last four digits of the transaction ID.
See the ticket matrix →Email escalate
Only after Step 2. The escalation inbox is on /customer-care/. Cite the partner ticket ID.
Open the escalation guide →Five-minute preflight before you open a support ticket
Check the partner in-app banner
The partner app posts a maintenance banner when the wallet is paused. Most "withdrawal stuck" tickets resolve inside five minutes when the banner is the cause. The banner is the fastest preflight check and saves a long ticket cycle.
Confirm KYC clearing
The withdrawal path stays locked until KYC clears. The wallet inside the partner app shows KYC state. Withdraw unavailable without a banner is almost always a KYC hold. The full walk-through is on /wallet-kyc/.
Confirm the registered mobile
A swap to a new device re-asks for the registered mobile. The OTP path reads SMS only on the registered mobile. A restore-from-backup may need a re-verify step. Confirm the current mobile before opening the ticket.
Five pieces of evidence to attach on first contact
1. Registered mobile last four digits
The partner ticket system reads the last four digits of the registered mobile as the first verification step. The full mobile is not needed; the last four are the minimum claim.
2. UPI reference number
Every UPI attempt returns a reference number. The reference number is the fastest path to a deposit-credit resolution. The UPI app retains the reference for 90 days.
3. Last four digits of the transaction ID
Withdrawal tickets resolve faster when the transaction ID is cited. The partner wallet shows the full transaction ID inside the history tab. The last four digits are sufficient for the first contact.
4. Timestamp with time zone
The partner logs events in IST. Cross-zone readers should convert. A timestamp without time zone is not enough; the partner ticket response cites the same IST stamp.
5. Bonus card reference
Bonus-credit tickets need the bonus card reference. The bonus card reference is inside the bonus section of the partner app. Without the reference, the partner ticket system returns a placeholder and the ticket reopens.
6. Screenshot of the in-app state
A screenshot of the partner wallet state is the fastest way to ground a ticket. The partner reads the same screen the reader sees. The screenshot must include the timestamp visible in the partner app.
Name the issue, name the recovery
When to skip the partner queue
The escalation ladder exists for unresolved payment holds and account-closure issues. Cite the partner ticket ID, the registered mobile and the last four digits of the transaction. The escalation inbox is published on /customer-care/. For responsible-use and account closure, the partner-side flow is the authoritative route; rs9 mirrors the path on /delete-account/.
Six questions after the ticket matrix
Does rs9 run customer support?
What is the response window on the partner ticket?
How do I close my partner account?
What if the partner help center is unreachable?
Where do I get help on a gambling concern?
Will rs9 reply to support emails?
Seven ticket types and the named recovery path
The in-app ticket matrix covers seven ticket types. Each ticket type has a named recovery path inside the partner app. The matrix below maps the ticket type to the partner-side action and to the editorial reference route on rs9. The partner does not publish an SLA per ticket type; turnaround depends on ticket complexity.
Six questions before opening a ticket
How long does a partner-side ticket take to resolve?
Can rs9 resolve a partner-side ticket on the reader's behalf?
What if the partner ticket flow is unreachable?
Is the support flow available in Hindi?
Does rs9 have access to my account data?
Where do I escalate if the partner ticket remains unresolved?
Three pages that complement the support flow
For KYC questions, the canonical source is /wallet-kyc/. For account closure, the canonical source is /delete-account/. For responsible-use tools, the canonical source is /responsible-use/. The three pages share the same partner-side flow underneath. The split keeps each page focused on the reader's intent at that point in the journey.
